Usuage :

No materials from any part of any MSC site are authorized or intended by MSC to be downloaded, transmitted, broadcast, reproduced or in any other way used or otherwise disseminated in any form to any person or entity, unless said person or entity has license to do so. All unauthorized duplication or any other use of materials from MSC Web sites, including, but not limited to, use on other Web sites, or in offers to resell MSC products using similar names or descriptions, shall constitute intentional infringement(s) of MSC intellectual property and shall further constitute a violation of our trademarks, copyrights, and other rights. Without further notice we will prosecute to the fullest extent allowed by law.

General :

• Stones once sold cannot be taken back.
• Stones cannot be sent on consignment basis.
• Stones listed on our website are all subject to availability.
• All the disputes relating to online transaction through www.msureshco.com are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
  

Pricing :

• All Prices displayed are based on advance payment terms only.
• Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
• We follow a Strict Fixed Price Policy.
• M.Suresh Company reserves the right to rectify errors pertaining to the prices of orders placed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to system or data-entry errors.
  

Payment :

• All confirmed orders are subject to advance payment policy.
• Advance Payment should be made within four working days from the date of re-confirmation of your order.
  
• All the payments will be expressed in USD, unless otherwise stated, will be exclusive of any duties, taxes and/or Bank charges.

Shipment :

• The stones will be shipped only upon the confirmation of receipt of advance payment into our account.
• The stones will be shipped within two working days from the date of receipt of advance payment.

International Shipment :

• The stones will be shipped to your door steps through carriers like Brinks, Malca Amit, BVC Express, UPS or FedEx on C & F basis.
• Door to door insurance will be covered by the above mentioned carriers.
• M.Suresh Company reserves rights to refuse shipments to certain international destinations.
  

Shipment within India :

• All the shipments within the boundary of India under Diamond Dollar Account (DDA), will be shipped from Mumbai Head Office.
• All the shipments within the boundary of India other than Diamond Dollar Account (DDA), will be delivered from Surat branch Office.
• Shipping & Handling charges @ 1% the total transaction value (before local taxes, if any) will be charged for the shipments within the boundary of India.
• Local taxes, if any, will be levied on the total invoice value.

Cancellation of Orders :

• After placing order, a representative from M.Suresh Company will contact you to re-confirm the details of your placed order so as to confirm that the order id placed by the concerned person for a security purpose.
• Please note that once shipped order cannot be cancelled.
• Order once placed will be cancelled upon the failure of Advance payment within 4 working days.
